01Product catalogue

Eight grades, from coarse stone to fine dust.

Each grade exists because a different layer of the build needs it. Pick by the job it has to do.

  2. 20 mm
  3. Wet Mix
  4. 12 mm
  5. 6 mm
  6. M-Sand
  7. P-Sand
  8. Crusher Dust

Bar height indicates relative grain size across the range. Indicative only — confirmed grading is supplied with your quotation.

01

Manufactured Sand

M-Sand

Manufactured sand produced by crushing and screening hard rock into a controlled fine aggregate. A consistent, purpose-made alternative to river sand for concrete and masonry work.

Typical applications

  • Concrete
  • Block work
  • Masonry
  • RMC production

P-Sand — indicative grain structure
02

Plastering Sand

P-Sand

A finer manufactured sand graded specifically for plastering and wall finishing, where a smooth, workable mix and an even surface matter more than coarse strength.

Typical applications

  • Plastering
  • Wall finishing
  • Rendering
  • Tile work

40 mm Aggregate — indicative grain structure
03

Coarse structural aggregate

40 mm Aggregate

The largest grade we supply. A coarse, load-bearing aggregate for the layers that carry weight — foundations, sub-base, heavy civil work and mass concrete.

Typical applications

  • Foundations
  • Road sub-base
  • Mass concrete
  • Drainage layers

20 mm Aggregate — indicative grain structure
04

General-purpose structural aggregate

20 mm Aggregate

The workhorse grade of most structural concrete. Reliable, controlled grading for slabs, columns, beams and ready-mix production across projects of every scale.

Typical applications

  • Structural concrete
  • Slabs
  • Columns and beams
  • RMC plants

12 mm Aggregate — indicative grain structure
05

Fine structural aggregate

12 mm Aggregate

A smaller aggregate for thinner sections and congested reinforcement, where the mix has to flow around steel without losing strength.

Typical applications

  • Thin slabs
  • Congested reinforcement
  • Precast units
  • Pavements

6 mm Aggregate — indicative grain structure
06

Fine chip aggregate

6 mm Aggregate

The finest chip grade, used where surface detail and a tight, closed finish are the priority — surfacing work, precast detail and fine concrete.

Typical applications

  • Surfacing
  • Precast detail
  • Fine concrete
  • Paver blocks

Wet Mix Materials — indicative grain structure
07

Graded road base material

Wet Mix Materials

A blended, graded base material for road construction — combined aggregate sizes supplied for the base and sub-base layers beneath the running surface.

Typical applications

  • Road base
  • Sub-base layers
  • Highway works
  • Site roads

08

Fine crushed material

Crusher Dust

The fine material produced during crushing, supplied as a compactable fill and bedding layer for paving, backfill and general site work.

Typical applications

  • Paver bedding
  • Backfill
  • Compacted fill
  • Site levelling
